Please provide the student’s full name and year level, your name and the reason for 𝐐𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. Please log a request via QParents before 10:00AM to allow the student to collect their leave pass at morning tea.
Early Leave Pass - It is preferred that a note from a parent detailing the reasons for a leave pass is to be dropped at SSR window before the commencement of school. Alternatively, parents can call our leave pass line or send a SMS.

LATE Passes - If no note or phone call is received by the time the student arrives, the students will receive a lunch time detention. This late can be explained via text, phone call, QParents or email throughout the day and the detention will be removed.
